Your drivers start from three different depots. Some begin at 4am. Others do afternoon routes. You track their attendance with WhatsApp messages — "I'm here" — and a spreadsheet you update later. It works, but it's not reliable, and at the end of the month you can't be sure the data is right.
TheCheckIn gives every driver a GPS-verified check-in at the depot. They open the app, verify their face, and check in. The system confirms they're within the geofenced depot zone — not sitting at home marking themselves present. You see who's started their shift, from which depot, at exactly what time.

GPS confirms the location. Face recognition confirms the person. No more "I'm here" WhatsApp messages.
Add each depot or warehouse location in the admin dashboard. Set the GPS geofence radius — typically 200–500 metres. Drivers assigned to a depot must check in from within that zone. Takes 5 minutes to configure each location.
When a driver arrives at the depot before their run, they open the app and complete a face check-in. The app captures their GPS location at that moment. If they're outside the geofenced zone, the check-in is blocked. Takes 5 seconds.
The dashboard shows which depots are fully staffed and which have drivers missing. Before the first run starts, you can see if a driver hasn't shown up — and arrange a replacement before deliveries are delayed.
Drivers check out when they return to depot at end of shift. Total hours per driver, per depot, per pay period — all calculated from the timestamps. Export for payroll, or connect to ERPNext for direct sync.
With WhatsApp messages or manual registers, a driver can mark themselves present from anywhere. GPS geofencing means the check-in is only accepted when they're physically at the depot. Pair with face recognition and you have both identity and location confirmed.
No need to call each depot manager to ask if their team is in. Open the app and see all depots in one view — who's checked in, who's late, who hasn't arrived. One login covers your entire operation regardless of how many locations you run from.
Some drivers cover different depot routes on different days. When they check in, their GPS confirms which depot they're at — and that's recorded against their attendance for that day. You always know where each driver started from.
Logistics shifts often start at 4am, 5am, or split across day and night. Each shift is configured with its own expected start time. Late arrivals are flagged relative to that time — not against a generic 9am default that doesn't fit how logistics actually works.
