When a technician checks in from that location, the GPS matches it to the right branch automatically. For one-off sites, GPS check-in still records the coordinates — you can review them in the dashboard even without a pre-defined branch.

GPS works reasonably well in most indoor environments, but accuracy varies. For sites where GPS is unreliable (deep basements, dense buildings), you can set up QR code check-in instead — a QR code posted at the site entrance that the technician scans on arrival.
